Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Havellio order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. After 30 days we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Conditions for a return

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send an item back before hearing from us, as items sent without a return request may not be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of resolving it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy after it arrives.
